Personal Experience

Pat is a knowledgeable lawyer with decades of experience in real estate, bankruptcy, business law, and numerous other fields of law. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. His current practice involves business bankruptcies, tax title confirmation, real estate transactions, real estate litigation, and much more. Pat is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and has graduated from Max Gardner’s prestigious “Bankruptcy Bootcamp” – a program conducted by the most renowned consumer bankruptcy lawyer that advocates for debtors’ rights in bankruptcy.


Pat served in the United States Marine Corps as an A-6 pilot during the Vietnam War. Prior to the war, Pat attended the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg. After the war, he attended Loyola Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana and upon graduation moved to Alaska to practice law. He eventually returned to Mississippi, working in the field of oil and gas law before ultimately settling in Ocean Springs.


Pat raised his two sons in Ocean Springs and gives back to the Ocean Springs community. He served as commodore of the Ocean Springs Yacht Club in 1988 and continues to support the Yacht Club.
